Training
You can purchase the best system in the world, but if you don’t
know how to use it it’s of no use to you. We believe training
is the key to a happy customer. After the installation, we’ll
have our representatives on site to not only train everyone on how
to use the system. We’ll also train a system administrator
on how to do everyday program changes: Time & Date, Speed Dial,
Extension Name Changes, Voicemail admin, system resets and a variety
of other useful information that will help save money on preventing
some future service calls. Furthermore, if you visit the Tech Support
page on our website you can view much of this information there
on several major systems.
